Terminology Definitions

For the purposes of all policies, terms and conditions listed on this web site, and in any correspondence from and to NETsposure the following terms shall have the specified meanings:

Agreement	Means the Agreement in which this term is used including any Schedules and Annexes to said Agreement;
Confidential Information	Means information which is specifically designated as being confidential or which ought to be treated as confidential given the circumstances surrounding its disclosure;
Engagement	The agreement between NETsposure and the customer for NETsposure to provide the agreed services to the customer. All services detailed in the customers purchase order form part of the engagement.
Services	Means any services NETsposure offers, including: Website Promotion Services Search Engine Optimisation Services Website and domain name hosting POP3 email provision Hardware/software setup and configuration Consultancy and business advice Any other paid service provided by NETsposure
On-line Services	Means any service provided through the Internet and/or World Wide Web that are only accessible via electronic communications, including but not limited to: Domain Name Hosting Web Site Hosting POP3 Email accounts Email Forwarding Domain Name Forwarding Web Commerce FTP sites Web-based and web-accessed SQL Databases On-line services do not include general email correspondence between NETsposure Service and its customers.
Standard Services	All other services provided by NETsposure that are not On-line Services (see above for a definition of On-line Services);
NETsposure	NETsposure, a division of Collingridge UK Limited registered in England No: 4777569;
Special Offers	A special offer is any offer of products or services at a reduced price or free of charge, where NETsposure collateral, documentation, marketing or any other communication has identified that said service is offered at a reduced price or free of charge, irrespective of the current standard pricing for said services.
