The Terms and
Conditions described in this document relate solely to the provision of any
special offers made available from time to time by NETsposure (NETsposure) to
its customers. See
Definitions for a description of Special Offers and other terminology.
Terms and conditions relating to all Special Offers
Any special offer can be withdrawn at any time with out prior notice and without
any obligation to provide an alternative offer.
NETsposure reserves the
right to alter any special offer, either adding to, or subtracting from it at
any time without prior notice.
NETsposure are not under any obligation to provide any
special offers to their customers, even if the customer is within the
eligibility criteria defined for any given special offer. All special offers are
provided at NETsposure sole discretion.
There is no
obligation to continue to provide any services as special offers beyond the time
limit specified for each special offer. NETsposure is not obliged to continue to
provide the same services to a customer who is already receiving those services
as a special offer after the time limit set for that offer has expired.
Special offers are
specific to the service against which they are positioned and not transferable
to any other NETsposure service. Special offers cannot be exchanged for a cash
equivalent.
Where a special
offer provides discounted or free services up to a specified limit which is then
subsequently exceeded by the customer, the customer shall be liable to pay for
the excess at the current rates for that service. Please
contact
NETsposure for the current rates of all services.

the current special offers available. All special offers listed below are
subject to the Terms and conditions relating to all
Special Offers detail above.

What's on Offer
This offer only includes the web
hosting plan detail below, any additional costs,
including those associated with transferring existing domain names to NETsposure
servers are not part of this offer and must be met by the customer.
Additional web
sites and/or POP3 email may be added at extra cost including increasing disk
space and bandwidth.
Minimum Spend
This offer requires a minimum spend of £500 + VAT on our web site design and
development services.
Eligibility
The free web site
and domain hosting special offer is only available to customers who use our
services to design and develop a new web site, this does not require new domain name registration; customers who have already registered a domain
name may still benefit from this offer after transferring that domain name to
NETsposure servers.
Complete redesign and/or reengineering of an existing web site
may
be considered to be a new web site at the sole discretion of NETsposure and as such
may be eligible for this offer.
Altering existing web sites, other than complete redesign/reengineering
will not be considered eligible for this offer.

Start and End
Dates
This offer provides one year free web hosting and POP3 email. The start date
for the year will be calculated from the date the account was made active on
NETsposure's servers, or the first submission to transfer or register a domain name
is submitted. The end date for the year will the the same month and date the
following year.
Terms of Use
Use of any on-line services under the terms of this offer are subject to our
Terms of Service for On-line Services.

Support provided
under the terms of this offer is subject to the same criteria as defined in the
Support section in NETsposure's
Terms of Service for Standard Services.
NETsposure Warranty
NETsposure fully warrants it's work and any services provided to the customer
that are not delivered as agreed will be rectified by NETsposure under that
warranty, and not as part of this offer or any other active support agreement.
Eligibility
This offer is is available on all services offered by NETsposure,
however only
those services NETsposure actually provide to the customer are eligible for three
months free technical hotline support. Any service provided to the customer that
itself was part of a special offer is not eligible for this offer.
Any additional
engagements with the same customer that start during the first 30 days of an
existing and active free support period will not be eligible for this offer.
Engagements starting after the first 30 days of an existing free support period
will be fully eligible for this offer providing they meet the terms detailed in
this section.
Support
Start and End Dates
The free three months support starts on the first day any service has been
delivered to the customer (see next section for
engagements involving multiple services); where purchase orders are received for
services to be delivered in the future, the free support will not start until
the first day the first service is provided to the customer. The free support
end date will be set to the same day, three months ahead. Where the third month
has fewer days than the starting month, then the end date will be rolled forward
the appropriate number of days into the fourth month, for example free support
starting on November 30th will end on March 2nd (or March 1st
in a leap year) as February only has 28/29 days.
Multiple Services
Where multiple services are being delivered as
part of the same engagement, the free support start and end dates for all services
in the engagement will be set to the same dates. The start date for support on
all the services in the engagement will be the first day the first service is
provided to the customer. The end date will then be calculated as described in
the previous section, free support
for all the services defined in the engagement will terminate on that end date.
Extended Hours
Extended support hours beyond normal office hours are not included in the free
three month helpline support offer but may be added, at an additional cost, to
this.
