As you'd expect from a system as comprehensive and wide ranging as eSPOSURE we provide on the phone help and assistance to our customers. Initially we offer free support for the first three months - this gives you plenty of time to get up to speed with everything and become confident managing your own website.
However there are always those times when you want some help collating information when responding to one of your customers, or need some assistance updating the system settings, and for these circumstances we have flexible and cost effective support packs for you.
However when it comes to the simple "How do I …" questions, these are always happily answered on the phone, straight away, whether there's a support pack in place or not - after all, if you've got eSPOSURE we want to know that your getting everything you can from it and using it to to the fullest to build revenue and reputation, or why would you recommend us to friends and colleagues?

As well as an initial "Here's how it works" session taking you through the basics, we provide you with phone support to cover the "How do I …" questions that make sure you can keep updating your site in a timely and professional manner.
If you need anything tweaking on your site, or ongoing assistance with updating the pages and pictures, uploading documents etc. we're there for you too and will happily put together a cost effective bespoke support package to cover exactly what you need.
